Abstract
"DISPOSIÇÃO DE MICROPROJEÇÃO QUE POSSUI UM AGENTE BENÉFICO CONTENDO REVESTIMENTO". O dispositivo inclui uma pluralidade de microprojeções perfurantes de estrato córneo e um revestimento sólido disposto sob as microprojeções, em que o revestimento sólido inclui pelo menos um agente benéfico e um veículo biocompatível é provido. O dispositivo é aplicado à pele de um animal vivo (por exemplo, um ser humano), fazendo com que as microprojeções perfurem o estrato córneo e liberem uma dose eficaz do agente para o animal.
