Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, SOLUÇÃO AQUOSA E MÉTODOS PARA FABRICAR E PARA PREPARAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO, PARA INSTRUIR UM HUMANO A INGERIR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA DE LIBERAÇÃO IMEDIATA E PARA TRATAR UM HUMANO". A presente invenção geralmente refere-se a composições farmacêuticas estáveis e métodos para fabricar e administrar estas composições. Em um aspecto, a invenção apresenta composições farmacêuticas estabilizadas que incluem ingredientes farmaceuticamente ativos, como levotiroxina sódica (T4) e liotironina sódica (T3) (drogas de hormônios da tiróide), preferivelmente em uma fonna de dosagem sólida de liberação imediata. Também são providos métodos para fabricar e usar estas composições de liberação imediata e estabilizadas.
