Abstract
"SISTEMA PARA CONTROLE DE PATÓGENOS". Um sistema de controle de patógenos em um elemento objetivado é divulgado, onde o elemento objetivado é sujeitado ao ácido hipocloroso. A presente invenção incorpora o uso de ácido hipocloroso como um meio de controle de patógeno, onde é utilizada uma corrente de ácido hipocloroso com pH entre cerca de 4,3 e 7,0- como um agente de redução de patógeno. Em uma montagem, a corrente de ácido hipocloroso é usada para reduzir patógenos nas instalações de processamento de aves domésticas.
