Volante flexível para embreagem, em particular para veículo automotivo, compreendendo uma massa anular (22) fixada sobre uma chapa anular flexível (10) cuja periferia interna comporta orifícios (14) de passagem de meios de fixação sobre uma árvore diretora, e uma arruela elástica (38) interposta entre a chapa flexível (10) e a massa anular (22) e vindo em apoio sobre abaulamentos arredondados (44, 46) da chapa flexível (10) e da massa anular (22), a arruela elástica (38) que comporta igualmente abas (36) de centralização sobre uma peça anular (26) de reforço da parte radialmente interna da chapa (10).
