Compreendendo uma faixa (1) confeccionada com matéria-prima e processo têxtil, com diversos tipos de fios (sintéticos, naturais ou outros), tendo aplicado em seu anverso, para fins promocionais, desenhos (2) que identificam e distinguem uma marca, logotipo, produto, símbolo, etc., ou mensagens e desenhos exclusivos, genéricos ou específicos ou, para fins decorativos,figuras baseadas em motivos diversos, como por exemplo, motivo marítimo (3), motivo floral (4), ou outros, tendo aplicado ou não, no verso, um adesivo (4) que possa ser removível e reposicionável, sendo essa face com adesivo protegida com protetor de base (5), de papel tratado de um lado com material anti-aderente, do qual é facilimente removível para ser fixada em superfícies diversas.
