Abstract
"COMPOSTO DE PEPTÍDEO, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA CONTENDO O MESMO E SEU USO". A presente invenção refere-se a um composto de fórmula (I) onde R^ 1^ é benzofuranila substituído com halogênio, ou estirila substituído com halogênio; R^ 2^ é hidroxi substituído, mercapto substituído ou sulfonila substituído; e X é sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis dos mesmos. O composto (I) da presente invenção e seus sais farmaceuticamente aceitáveis possuem uma forte atividade inibidora sobre a produção de óxido nítrico (NO) e são úteis na prevenção e/ou tratamento de doenças mediadas por NO em seres humanos e animais.
