A presente invenção se refere a derivados de compostos de azol especialmente substituídos, os quais têm aperfeiçoada atividade antifúngica quando comparada com os agentes dessa classe, atualmente disponíveis e aos processos para a preparação dos mesmos. Esta invenção também se relaciona com preparações farmacêuticas contendo os compostos da presente invenção e seu uso no tratamento e/ou prevenção de infecções fúngicas em mamíferos, preferencialmente em humanos.
