Abstract
"COMPOSTOS DE PIRAZOL ÚTEIS COMO INIBIDORES DE PROTEÍNA CINASE". Esta invenção descreve novos compostos de pirazol da fórmula IIIa: IIIa em que R^ 1^ é T-anel D, em que o Anel D é um anel monocíclico de 5-7 membros ou um anel bicíclico de 8-10 membros selecionado de arila, heteroarila, heterociclila ou carbociclila; R^ x^, R^ y^, R^ 2^ e R^ 2'^ são como descritos no relatório descritivo. Os compostos são úteis como inibidores de proteína cinase, especialmente como inibidores de Aurora-2 e GSK-3, para tratar doenças como câncer, diabetes e doença de Alzheimer.
