Abstract
"MÉTODOS PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE TECIDO BIOPROTÉTICO E DISPOSITIVOS IMPLANTÁVEIS COMPREENDENDO TAL TECIDO BIOPROTÉTICO". A presente invenção refere-se a métodos de inativação e remoção de agentes infecciosos de tecidos de uso em dispositivos bioprotéticos. Os métodos incluem remoção e bloqueio de sítios de ligação prra os agentes infecciosos sobre os tecidos. Também são proporcionados métodos para bloqueio de um sítio sobre um agente infeccioso que se liga a um sítio sobre o tecido. A invenção também proporciona um método para conservação ou redução da calcificação de um tecido bioprotético. O método inclui remoção ou bloqueio de um sítio de nucleação de cálcio de fosfolipídio no tecido.
