Abstract
"MÉTODO PARA USO EM UMA REDE COBRINDO UMA REGIÃO, E, GERENCIADOR DE RECURSOS DE RÁDIO PARA USO NA REDE". Método para uso em uma rede que cobre uma região, a referida região compreendendo uma pluralidade de áreas, um usuário sendo atribuído a pelo menos uma das referidas áreas e tendo com ela associadas uma pluralidade de áreas candidatas para as quais o usuário pode ser atribuído, o referido método compreendendo as etapas de recebimento de informação identificando a referida pluralidade de áreas candidatas; estimativa, para cada área candidata, de um parâmetro, o referido parâmetro supondo que o referido usuário é atribuído à referida área candidata; e priorização da referida pluralidade de áreas candidatas que leva em conta o valor estimado do referido parâmetro.
