Abstract
"FORMAS DE DOSAGEM DE DIVALPROEX DE SÓDIO E PROCESSO PARA A PRODUÇÃO DAS MESMAS". A presente invenção é direcionada a um novo processo para granular compostos de valproato, tais como divalproex de sódio, nos quais o composto é fundido na ausência de um ligante e misturado com um ou mais excipientes para produzir grânulos. As formas de dosagem resultantes possuem um fator de enchimento de droga aumentado em uma faixa de 75% p/p a 90% p/p.
