Abstract
"FORMULAÇÃO ANTIINFLAMATÓRIA DE LIBERAÇÃO CONTROLADA E UM PROCESSO PARA A SUA PREPARAÇÃO". Uma formulação oral antiinflamatória de nimesulida de liberação controlada. A formulação compreende de 45 a 65% em peso de nimesulida e de 10 a 30% em peso de polímero hidrofílico como retardante e agentes auxiliares e/ou excipientes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. A nimesulida está parcialmente ou completamente dispersa no polímero hidrofílico. O processo para a preparação da formulação compreende a mistura da nimesulida com b polímero hidrofílico e os agentes auxiliares e/ou excipientes farmaceuticamente aceitáveis.
