"SISTEMA E MÉTODO DE CONFIGURAÇÃO DE EXIBIÇÃO DE INFORMAÇÃO DE TRÂNSITO". É revelada uma ferramenta de configuração, incluindo um computador possuindo uma memória e um processador. A ferramenta de configuração inclui uma base de dados de informações do sistema de trânsito. A base de dados está em comunicações com o computador. Pelo menos uma exibição de informação de trânsito em comunicação com o computador através de um link de comunicações de freqüência de rádio está incluída. A ferramenta de configuração também inclui um programa rodando no computador. O programa é configurado para definir parâmetros para a pelo menos uma exibição de informação de trânsito e para armazenar os parâmetros na base de dados.
