Abstract
"PRODUTO DE ARTIGO DE CONFEITARIA TENDO UM ACENTUADO EFEITO REFRESCANTE". A invenção refere-se a um novo produto de confeitaria compreendendo um núcleo e um recheio encerrado dentro da cobertura em que a cobertura é um material de confeitaria protetor e o recheio compreende uma maior quantidade de poliol de monossacarídeo em uma forma de pó anídrico cristalino escolhido entre poliol tendo um efeito refrescante. Preferencialmente, o recheio representa 6 a 40 % em peso do produto e é escolhido entre a lista consistindo em xilitol, eritritol, sorbitol e combinação dos mesmos.
