Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E MÉTODO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE LÂMINA DE CITOLOGIA". Esta invenção fornece um novo dispositivo e método para preparar lâminas de citologia. O dispositivo compreende uma forma semelhante a livro incluindo um material absorvente (20) e filtro (22) fixado à superfície interna de uma tampa frontal (12) e uma lâmina de citologia (40) fixada de modo removível a uma superfície interna de uma tampa posterior (16). Uma amostra é removida do corpo de um paciente, colocada em uma solução à base de líquido, e em seguida sobre o filtro. Quando a forma semelhante a livro é fechada, a amostra é transferida de modo eficaz para a lâmina. O dispositivo pode ser modificado de modo que sejam preparadas uma série de lâminas ao mesmo tempo.
