Abstract
"COMPOSTOS DE NUCLEOSÍDEO E USOS DESTES". Os análogos de nucleosídeo e suas formas de pró-droga incluem uma porção de açúcar e uma porção de base heterocíclica, em que as porções de açúcar especialmente preferidas incluem ribofuranose, e porções de base particularmente preferidas incluem diazol e triazol. Os compostos contemplados podem ser empregados em composições farmacêuticas, que podem ser empregadas para tratar uma infecção, uma infestação, um neoplasma, ou uma doença autoimune. Outros usos contemplados incluem imunomodulação, e particularmente modulação de expressão de citocina do Tipo 1 e Tipo 2.
