Patente de Invenção: "MÉTODO DE OTIMIZAÇÃO DE UM BIOPROCESSO ENVOLVENDO UMA MISTURA NUTRIENTE COMPLEXA". Método de desempenho otimizado de bioprocessos envolvendo misturas de nutrientes complexos, em que o suprimento de cada nutriente é periodicamente e alternadamente interrompido, até que a atividade metabólica dos microorganismos diminua de uma percentagem preestabelecida, onde após novas concentrações de alimentação dos nutrientes complexos são calculadas e ajustadas por meio de uma rotina de otimização.
