Abstract
"PROCESSO AUTOMATIZADO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO DE LULAS RECHEADAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo automatizado para a preparação de lulas recheadas. É essencialmente caracterizado pelas seguintes fases: - recepção das matérias primas; - preparação do recheio e limpeza das lulas; - enchimento; - acabamento e transporte para congelamento; - congelamento; - vidragem; - embalagem; - armazenamento e expedição do produto. A fase de enchimento com recheio processa-se a uma temperatura média de entre 7 a 11 C e recorre a uma máquina de enchimento de lulas constituída por quatro dosificadores de recheio sendo a lula colocada no dosador manualmente.
