Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA O DERRAMAMENTO DE MASSAS FUNDIDAS METÁLICAS ISENTO DE ESCÓRIA DE RECIPIENTES DE FUSÃO METALÚRGICOS". Durante a extração da massa fundida metálica (5) de um recipiente de fusão metalúrgico (1) por derramamento existe o risco da escória fundida (6) que recobre a massa fundida metálica (5) ser arrastada junto com esta última. A fim de se deter tal arrasto indesejável de escória, é proposto, de acordo com a presente invenção, soprar um fluido através do orifício de derramamento (4) do recipiente de fusão metalúrgico (1) e sobre a superfície do banho (7) por meio de uma lança de sopro (20) que é disposta fora do recipiente de fusão (1),de modo que a escória fundida (6) seja afastada do orifício de derramamento (4), sendo, deste modo, impedida de sair.
