Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MOTORREDUTOR DESTINADO A EQUIPAMENTOS FUNCIONAIS DE VEÍCULOS AUTOMÓVEIS" . Motorredutor (16) destinado a equipamentos funcionais de veículos automóveis, tais como elevadores de vidros, tetos solares ou bancos, compreendendo um rotor provido de uma árvore induzida (5) portando um coletor (6) e atravessando um mancal de rolamento (7) alojado em um suporte (18) de um cárter redutor (9), no qual é disposta essa árvore, um parafuso sem-fim (11) da árvore cooperando com uma roda denteada alojada no cárter redutor; uma junta de estanqueidade (17) é interposta entre o mancal e o suporte de mancal, do lado do mancal próximo do interior do cárter redutor. Na parede do suporte do mancal (18) é disposto um alojamento anular (19), cujo perfil é adaptado para receber a junta (17) disposta em apoio sobre uma superfície esférica (12) do mancal (7). A presença da junta de estanqueidade (17) impede qualquer escapamento de lubrificante no exterior do cárter (9) e assegura assim melhor longevidade das escovas (15) do coletor (6).
