Abstract
"CABO, ESPECIALMENTE CABO SUBMARINO". Cabos, principalmente cabos submarinos (10), via de regra, possuem revestimentos externos (11) pretos. Estes, durante a instalação, são muito difíceis de serem vistos ou em casos extremos nem são visíveis nas imagens tomadas por câmaras submarinas, principalmente em águas profundas. O cabo submarino (10) de acordo com a presente invenção possui em um revestimento externo (11) uma marcação consistindo de pelo menos uma listra longitudinal (13) que se destaca com contraste da cor preta do revestimento externo (11) por uma cor mais clara, especialmente amarela, deste modo sendo melhor visível em imagens de televisão.
