Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DE 4-(HETEROARIL-METIL)-HALOGÊNIO-1(2H) - FTALAZINONAS". É descrito um processo para preparação de 4-(heteroaril-metil)-halogênio-1(2H)-ftalazinonas, particularmente 4-(4-piridilmetil)-1(2H)-ftalazinona, que é caracterizado pela reação de sal de ftalidil-3-trifenilfosfônio com aldeído de 4-piridina na presença de um coadjuvante básico, reação subseqüente com hidrato de hidrazina e subseqüente tratamento com ácido, sendo que esse processo evita os problemas técnicos de segurança e ambientais dos processos conhecidos.
