A invenção refere-se a um processo de limpeza de um substrato (11), o processo compreendendo uma primeira etapa de fornecimento de uma solução de limpeza (10) e um instrumento manualmente seguro (1) o processo ainda compreendendo uma segunda etapa de aplicação da solução (10) sobre superfície (11) com instrumento (1), caracterizado pelo fato de o instrumento (1) tem uma parte ativa (15) vibrando em uma freqüência de pelo menos 20 Khz com uma amplitude de pelo 10 m e até 100 m e de modo que o substrato (11) é uma superfície fibrosa ou doméstica rígida.
