Abstract
"ANTAGONISTAS DO RECEPTOR DE ADENOSINA E MÉTODOS DE PREPARAÇÃO E USO DOS MESMOS". A invenção está baseada na descoberta de que compostos da Fórmula (I) são inesperadamente, inibidores altamente potentes e seletivos de receptores de adenosina A~ 1~. Antagonistas de adenosina A~ 1~, podem ser úteis na prevenção e/ou tratamento de numerosas doenças, incluindo distúrbios circulatórios e cardíacos, distúrbios degenerativos do sistema nervoso central, distúrbios respiratórios e muitas doenças para as quais tratamento diurético é adequado. Em uma modalidade, a invenção se caracteriza por um composto da fórmula (I).
