Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "REMOÇÃO DE GENE ALVEJADO". Um processo de remoção de uma parte de um transgene após sua integração em um genoma compreendendo flanqueamento de parte do transgene sobre cada lado com uma região P de ligação (attP) de bacteriófago e induzindo recombinação homóloga intracromossômica entre as regiões attP flanqueantes de modo que parte do transgene feita sanduíche entre as regiões attP é removida.
