"PROTETOR COMPACTO DE PONTA DE AGULHA". É provido um conjunto de agulha introdutora e cateter com um protetor de agulha compacto. A agulha introdutora inclui uma porção de diâmetro aumentado. O protetor de agulha é disposto dentro do cubo do cateter. O protetor de agulha inclui uma barreira transversal para evitar movimento distante indesejável da agulha após a agulha ter sido retirada para dentro do protetor de agulha. O protetor de agulha também inclui uma abertura próxima de diâmetro pequeno para limitar movimento próximo da agulha para fora do protetor de agulha.
