Abstract
"APARELHO PARA EXTRAÇÃO DE BIOMASSA, PROCESSOS PARA REMOÇÃO DE SOLVENTE A PARTIR DE BIOMASSA EM UM EXTRATOR E PARA EXTRAÇÃO DE BIOMASSA EM UM EXTRATOR, SOLVENTE, E, EXTRATO DE BIOMASSA". Em aparelhos de extração de biomassa existe uma necessidade por aperfeiçoamentos na eficiência de recuperação de solvente, tal como R-134a, de biomassa usada. Um aparelho para extração de biomassa inclui um extrator (11), evaporador (12), compressor (13) e condensador (14), conectados em série por tubulação (17) para definir um circuito de extração de enlace fechado. Uma linha de transferência (18) supre seletivamente vapor de solvente quente do lado de saída do compressor (13) para o interior do extrator (11), onde o vapor de solvente aquece a biomassa. Isto causa remoção do solvente da biomassa. A linha de transferência (18) inclui elementos de controle (19, 20) para controle do fluxo de vapor de solvente.
