Abstract
"MÉTODO DE TRANSFORMAÇÃO DE PLANTA MEDIADO POR AGROBACTERIUM". A presente invenção refere-se a um novo sistema de transformação para gerar plantas transformadas com menos insertos de cópia e eficiência melhorada de transformação. Em particular, a invenção refere-se ao uso de agentes inibidores de crescimento de Agrobacterium durante o processo de transformação mediado por Agrobacterium que suprime o crescimento de Agrobacterium e reduz a transferência de T-DNA ao genoma da planta alvo.
