Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "LIGANDOS DE ÁCIDO NUCLÉICO À TENASCINA-C". São descritos métodos para a identificação e separação de ligandos de ácido nucléico à tenascina-C. Incluído na invenção estão ligandos de RNA específicos a tenascina-C identificados pelo método SELEX. Adicionalmente incluídos na invenção são métodos para detecção da presença de uma condição de doença em um tecido biológico em que tenascina-C é expressa.
