Abstract
"SISTEMA PARA LIBERAÇÃO ORAL DE DROGA HIDRODINAMICAMENTE BALANCEADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema gastro-retentor de liberação oral de droga compreendendo uma matriz de elevada porosidade e, pelo menos, uma droga, açúcar(es) , componentes geradores de gás e, opcionalmente, componentes auxiliares farmaceuticamente aceitáveis. A composição farmacêutica, seja sob a forma de pílulas (forma de dosagem multiparticulada ou unitária), glóbulos, grânulos ou cápsulas é retida no estômago, enquanto a droga é seletivamente liberada a nível gástrico e em partes superiores do intestino delgado por um longo período de tempo.
