A presente invenção refere-se ao uso de FVII e/ou FVIIA e/ou outro agonista TF e/ou FVIIai e/ou outro antagonista TF no tratamento terapêutico de condições patológicas que podem ser relacionadas com a migração celular ou tratadas por regulação especifica de migração celular ou quimiotaxia. A invenção também refere-se ao uso de FVII e/ou FVIIa e/ou outro agonista TF e/ou FVllai e/ou outro antagonista TF no tratamento terapêutico de condições patológicas que podem ser relacionadas com a regulação da expressão de pelo menos um gene de uma célula, p. ex., gene Cyr61.
