Abstract
"COMPOSIÇÕES DETERGENTES COMPREENDENDO UMA ENZIMA DE DEGRADAÇÃO DE AMIDO RETROGRADUADO". A presente invenção refere-se a composições detergentes de lavanderia compreendendo uma enzima de degradação de amido retrograduada caracterizada por um índice de Amido Retrograduado (ReSI) abaixo de 4%, de preferência abaixo de 3%. Tais composições provêem excelente remoção de manchas e sujeiras contendo amido, e desse modo manutenção da brancura e limpeza de encardido excelentes.
