Abstract
"COMPOSTO TRICÍCLICO TENDO UNIÃO ESPIRO". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos tricíclicos que possuem união espiro representados pelo fórmula (I) seguinte ou seus sais que são úteis como uma droga e, em particular, como um inibidor para fator X de coagulação sangüínea ativada, que podem ser administrados oralmente e que exibem forte ação de anticoagulação. A presente invenção também se refere a um farmacóforo que foi derivado do composto e é útil no projeto molecular do inibidor Fxa.
