Composições aquosas para sanitização e/ou desinfecção de superfícies duras tratadas, compreendem: (A) um tensoativo de amônio quaternário germicida, (B) um sistema de tensoativo que inclui pelo menos um tensoativo de óxido de amina e pelo menos um tensoativo adicional selecionado de carboxilatos e tensoativo de aminoácido de N-acila, (C) um sistema de solvente contendo um éter de alquileno glicol e um álcool C~ 1-6~, (D) um álcali e (E) água.
