Abstract
"ÁCIDO 1-CICLO-HEXENO-1-CARBOXÍLICO E 1-CICLO-HEXENO-1-CARBOXILATOS COMO INIBIDORES DE NEURAMINIDASE". A presente invenção fornece compostos das fórmulas Ia e Ib ou um seu sal, pró-medicamento, ou éster de uso farmacêutico, úteis para inibir enzimas neuraminidase de microorganismos causadores de doenças, especialmente neuraminidase de influenza, formulações farmacêuticas que contêm os mesmas, processos e intermediários para preparar esses compostos, bem como métodos para usar os ditos compostos, inclusive para prevenir e tratar doenças causadas por microorganismos que têm a dita enzima neuraminidase.
