Abstract
"POLINUCLEOTÍDEOS DE NPR1 DE MILHO E MÉTODOS DE USO". A invenção fornece ácidos nucleicos de NPR1 isolados e suas proteínas codificadas. A presente invenção fornece métodos e composições relacionadas a alteração de concentração e/ou composição de NPR1 de plantas. A invenção também fornece cassetes de expressão recombinantes, células hospedeiras, e plantas transgênicas. Adicionalmente, a presente invenção fornece elementos promotores capazes de iniciar expressão constitutiva em uma planta. Além disso, a presente invenção fornece métodos para classificação de supostos ativadores de uma via de resistência da planta.
