Abstract
"COMPOSTOS ANTIINFLAMATÓRIOS E IMUNOSSUPRESSORES INIBIDORES DE ADERÊNCIA CELULAR". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de cinamida da fórmula (I), em que pelo menos um de R~ 1~ a R~ 5~ é uma "cis-cinamida" (a) ou uma "trans-cinamida" (b) e as outras variáveis são conforme definido nas reivindicações, que são úteis para o tratamento de doenças inflamatórias e imunológicas, a composições farmacêuticas contendo estes compostos e a métodos de inibição de inflamação ou de supressão da resposta imune em um mamífero.
