Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE SOLUÇÕES DE ALTA PUREZA SOB USO DE FLUORETO DE HIDROGÊNIO GASOSO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para produção de uma solução de alta pureza, que contém fluoreto de hidrogênio ou um sal do mesmo ou uma mistura de dois ou mais dos mesmos, que compreende a seguinte etapa (i): (i) introdução de fluoreto de hidrogênio em pelo menos um solvente isento de água, caracterizado pelo fato de que fluoreto de hidrogênio é introduzido como gás ou como gás liqüefeito ou como mistura de gás e gás liqüefeito no pelo menos um solvente isento de água.
