A presente invenção se refere a um processo de mistura de um composto de axetil cefuroxima cristalino com um composto de axetil cefuroxima amorfo, para preparação de uma forma de dosagem oral biodisponível, compreendendo o composto de axetil cefuroxima amorfo contendo de 7 a 25% do composto de axetil cefuroxima cristalino.
