Abstract
"UNIÃO DE TUBO TERMOPLÁSTICO REFORÇADO PARA APLICAÇÕES DE TRANSPORTE DE ALTA PRESSÃO". Um acoplador de eletrofusão (14) apropriado para unir a extremidade de um tubo termoplástico reforçado (12) à extremidade adjacente e essencialmente alinhada de maneira axial de outro tubo termoplástico reforçado (10). O acoplador de eletrofusão (14) abrange um corpo anular para cercar as extremidades adjacentes dos tubos a serem unidos e um meio de aquecimento para soldar a superfície interna do corpo anular do acoplador aos materiais plásticos das superfícies externas dos tubos caracterizados pelo fato de que o acoplador (14) tem reforço axial.
