Abstract
"UTILIZAÇÃO DE UMA FRAÇÃO DE MEMBRANA DE KLEBSIELLA PNEUMONIAE ASSOCIADA A UM ANTÍGENO OU HAPTENO, E, COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA". A presente invenção refere-se à utilização de uma fração de membrana de bactérias gram-negativas, notadamente de Klebsiella pneumoniae, associada a um antígeno ou hapteno para a preparação de uma composição farmacêutica destinada a orientar a resposta imune para uma resposta de tipo Th1 e/ou tipo misto Th1/Th2 dirigida contra o referido antígeno ou hapteno. A invenção compreende, por outro lado, os processos de preparação das referidas frações de membranas e as composições farmacêuticas contendo as mesmas e suas aplicações à prevenção e ao tratamento de doenças infecciosas, particularmente as infecções de paramixovírus, como VRS, e os cânceres, notadamente os cujos tumores são associados com os antígenos tumorais.
