"SORVETE DE BASE AQUOSA E PROCESSO PARA PREPARAÇÃO DO MESMO". Um sorvete de base aquosa compreendendo uma proteína anticongelamento, um estabilizador e não menos do que 0,1 % em peso de uma proteína baseada em agente aerante, obtenível por um processo compreendendo aerar o confeito gelado com um gás aerante, que contém pelo menos 50% em volume de um gás solúvel em água, tal como dióxido de carbono, óxido nitroso e suas misturas.
