Abstract
"BOMBA ,INJETOR DE COMBUSTÍVEL, VÁLVULA DE CONTROLE, E, MOTOR". Bombas (6) e injetores (4) utilizam uma válvula de controle (46) tendo um corpo da válvula (48), com uma haste da válvula (88) tendo um degrau (94) adjacente à superfície de assentamento (92). O degrau se estende por uma distância limitada para fora da superfície de assentamento, de forma a proporcionar alívio de pressão limitado, quando o corpo da válvula ficar em uma posição intermediária que esteja entre as posições aberta e fechada. A seção transversal e o comprimento axial do degrau podem ser configurados com base no comportamento hidráulico desejado. Em uma modalidade preferida, o degrau da válvula de controle é configurado para ajuste da taxa de injeção.
