Patente de Invenção: "INIBIDORES ESTERÓIDES DE SULFATASE E MÉTODOS PARA FABRICAÇÃO E USO DOS MESMOS". A invenção refere-se a novos compostos inibidores de sulfatase, de utilidade no tratamento de doenças dependentes de estrógeno. Esses compostos geralmente compreendem um núcleo esteróide substituído na posição C17. São também divulgados os métodos para sintetização desses compostos e utilização dos mesmos no tratamento terapêutico e/ou profilático de um paciente.
