Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAÇÃO DE UM COMUTADOR DE GANCHO COM CAMADA DE METAL UNILATERAL". A invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de um comutador de ganchos para um motor elétrico, com uma camada de metal (7). A camada de metal (7) é aplicada, em uma primeira etapa, apenas sobre um lado largo (4) de uma faixa de metal (3), de tal modo que a camada de metal (7) localize-se ao menos sobre um lado interno de gancho (20). Em outras etapas, fabrica-se então um comutador de ganchos. Defeitos de produção, como salpicos de metal, metal na fenda de coletor e corrosão não ocorrem mais durante a fabricação.
