Caracterizado pelo fato de compreender basicamente uma unidade de insuflamento (1) e um elemento insuflável (2) diretamente conectado à citada unidade (1); a unidade de insuflamento (1) compreende uma carcaça tubular (3) , dotada de pernas (4) e protegida superior e inferiormente por grades (5) e (6) , sendo que internamente à carcaça tubular (3) é provida uma estrutura de sustentação (7) que suporta de forma concêntrica um motor elétrico (8), o qual recebe no extremo superior do seu eixo (9) a montagem de uma hélice (10).
