Abstract

"FLUÍDO HIDROSSOLÚVEL BIODEGRADÁVEL PARA OPERAÇÕES DE CORTE E USINAGEM DE METAIS". Refere-se o objeto da presente patente a um fluído hidrossolúvel biodegradável para operações de corte e usinagem de metais, especialmente desenvolvido para revolucionar a tecnologia até então existente, oferecendo ganhos econômicos altamente vantajosos, ganhos ambientais invejáveis e diminuição nos custos saúde/previdenciários apreciáveis, sendo constituído basicamente por um fluído (01) produzido a partir de uma mistura de Tall Oil (02), ácidos graxos e ésteres de óleos vegetais (03) (predominando éster de ácido linoleico), etanoldiamina de éstres vegetais de côco (04), TEA (05), antioxidantes (06) não nitrogenados nem sulforados, preservantes biodegradáveis (07) e solução aquosa (08).
