Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAÇÃO FERMENTATIVA DE ÁCIDO D-PANTOTÊNICO USANDO BACTÉRIA CORINEFORME" . A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de ácido D-pantotênico por fermentação de bactérias corineformes, em que bactérias em que a seqüência de nucleotídeos que codifica piruvato carboxilase (número de EC 6.4.1.1) (gene pyc) é ampliada, em particular é ultra-expressa, são empregadas, as seguintes etapas sendo realizadas: a) fermentação das bactérias produtoras de ácido D-pantotênico em que pelo menos o gene que codifica piruvato carboxilase é ampliado. b) concentração do ácido D-pantotênico no meio ou nas células das bactérias e c) isolamento do ácido D-pantotênico produzido.
