A invenção proporciona seqüências de nucleotídeos codificando para o gene sod e um processo para a preparação fermentativa de nucleotídeos, vitaminas e L-aminoácidos, em particular a L-lisina, usando bactérias corineformes, nas quais o gene sod é amplificado.
