Abstract

"LÂMINA DE DOBRADURA E COMPRESSÃO PARA UMA MÁQUINA DE DOBRADURA E COMPRESSÃO DE CHAPA METÁLICA, E, MÁQUINA DE DOBRADURA E COMPRESSÃO DE UMA CHAPA METÁLICA". É descrita uma nova lâmina de dobradura em compressão para uma máquina de dobradura de chapa metálica. A lâmina (5) compreende um dente de dobradura (9) provido com uma superfície de cabeça (10) que é adequada para engatar a borda de uma chapa metálica para executar a dobradura da mesma num ângulo de 90° e com uma superfície de base (11) que é adequada para engatar a borda dobrada em 90° da chapa metálica para realizar a dobradura adicional da mesma num ângulo superior a 90° e sua possível compressão sobre a parte restante da chapa metálica até formar um ângulo substancialmente igual a 180°. Para assegurar o travamento da chapa metálica durante a operação de compreessão, a máquina compreende preferencialmente um suporte de peças brutas (2) provido com um elemento de pressão (14), que pode ser controlado para se projetar a partir da base de suporte (13) do suporte de peças brutas para travar a chapa metálica sobre uma contra-lâmina fixa (1). (figura 4).
